I had the reflash done on my 06 Si and I hardly see any difference at all.
It still has the surges when the engine is cold. But once it warms up to the 2nd bar those are gone and I never really thought the rev hang was an issue. So don't think the reflash that Honda has for the Si is a cure all.

Besides you have an 07 and all the programming should already be included in the later 06 and especially the 07 models.
So you may think you have a problem but it isn't any different than the Si with the reflash.
Just start out in second gear when you first get going and when it warms up you should be fine.
