NEVER GO OVER 85mph, if you are pulled over and get a ticket for going 85mph or higher, that is an excessive speeding ticket. It is a felony, you can go to jail for it, it costs 8 points to your license, you lose it for 6 months. There is also a huge ass fine. If the speedlimit is 84, and you do 86 and get pulled over, you gonna get the excessive.
Never drive in a lane that is closest to a pulled over cop. Meaning when there is a cop who pulled someone over, and you are in the lane right next to them while they are on the side of the road, you can get a ticket for it, since it is the #1 cause of death for cops in AZ. Get over the next lane if you can.
You can get a ticket for peeling out, you can get a ticket for going the speed limit lol, you can get a ticket for driving in the suicide lane.
I'll look at my notes when I get home, but there is a whole list of traffic laws you guys should be aware of. The most important one is, don't speed over 85, its gonna suck.
I try to not go over 5mph. also be aware that they just funded for about 1000+ traffic cameras to be installed.
Oh, you can go to traffic school once every 2 years to avoid getting points taken off your license, and paying the ticket. Driving with a suspended license is a felony.
Who here is paying an arm and a leg for insurance? You can go to traffic school for $30, and it can lower your insurance, just ask your insurance company. It also doesn't count against your 2 year thing, and its quite informative.
