People are always going to vote for their friends. Call it fair, unfair, whatever you want...I still think its better having all members able to vote rather than just the mods or VIP members.
Me personally I don't really plan on doing much more to my car, atleast not in the immediate future so I don't plan on submitting my car for ROTM anymore.
