Good and tight for all of them. Seriously. The oil filter is not supposed to be torqued by any tool. It should be hand tightened. The drain bolt should be snugged to what you think is tight enough for it to not work itself back out. It see no pressure. Same with the tranny filler bolt and drain bolt. They see no pressure, the torque needed is not alot. The tension would be just the same for the oil drain bolt. I have the manual so don't think I'm trying to be some sarcastic ass. I'm serious...
