Seems low to me, actually.

I don't know the exact condition of your part. but assuming bare material I would expect such a job (done right) to involve at least 4-5 hours of labor to go from bare part to installed on the car (figure prep, prime, sand, prep, multiple coats of paint, clearcoat, then actually install the wing on the car).

$30/hr for skilled labor seems to be a bit on the low side to me, but I don't really know the going rate for body work.

I think the better question is, do you feel the quality of work they'll produce is worth $150?

It could be a killer deal if it's a quality job, or a total ripoff if it's done with Krylon and nails.

Look at other work they've done, and then decide.
