So,i had an accident before and getting (hood,bumper,fender) replaced..

will get the car maybe on monday..

Is there anything i can do to make the color match better when i get the car ?

the car is less than a year old only...but i know that the paint will look different between the new and old parts of the body ..

Is it a good idea to (clay,polish,wax) the car when i get it ?

is it going to make it match better ?

..my friend said that i have to drive the car at sunny days for like a month or so to help the paint match before doing the polish ..

does that make sense ?

any opinions on this would be so appreciated ,,

Extra notes :

car color: ASM , getting fixed at the dealer (honda genuine paint ).
