damn. as i drove back to riverside from Santa Barbara, i realized that lotta ppl gots HID's now, whether projector stock, or aftermarket pnP kits. Projectors are noticable, very sharp and crisp from an oncoming traffic point of view. I have pnP, Phillips 4300k, but it still looks good. bright as fu**. I had to aim my headlights down a lil bit though. I paid 400 for my kit, with Phillips bulbs and ballas (german). I dunno bout your all jap kit for 4 bills though. all Jap kits should be going for around 300.
