I have a Spectre cone air filter on my Civic Si right now.. and it will need a cleaning soon. Will I be able to use a K&N air filter cleaning kit on it and use the K&N air filter oil on the Spectre cone?

And a quick question... Would I be able to use a Stainless steal air filter on the road? I don't live anywhere where their is a lot of dust or anything (Chester Country, PA).
