The increase in pedal effort will be hardly noticeable after a few days. (meaning you'll get used to it)
IMO, the stock clutch pedal effort is too light to begin with. The first day I got in it, I almost put my foot through the floorboards. The increase wont hurt anything, since all of the Exedy clutches are designed to work with the rest of the car without any issues.

As far as finding an Exedy goes, we have lots of dealers, many of whom advertise or are active on this site. Maybe try Corsport, Sport compact direct, SCtuned, clubrsx, Z1 performance, King motorsports, etc...

There are lots of them out there.
