The HFP is the Real-Deal, the Progress-bar was just a big band-aid.
I personally believe that, by design, the Pro-bar generates greater loads than the mounting points were designed to handle. And, the HFP does it's job, it give's the car crisp enough handling on it's own. So, since my Civic is just my DD and I don't need "at the edge of adhesion" handling, I may sell my pro-bar(I said may) and work with a combination of Si and Ex bars to find the best roll-couple balance. But either way, I love this mod and I trust that Honda has tuned everything to make it the best suspension package for the street.
BTW, I installed the kit myself and It only took me 4 hours. Anybody that has a good back, power tools and no kids can easily knock 1.5 hours off that time.
