Try adjusting how you drive a little. Normally you let off the gas and hit the clutch at the same time in a manual tranny, but try letting off the gas a half a second earlier so you get less rev hang and likely smoother shifts. I have a feeling you'll just have to get used to the drive by wire and make adjustments.
I will try this I am used to the "old fart" clutches.

Just control the clutch more to reduce jerkiness. Sometimes I will intentionally shift hard to get the chirps when I'm "in the mood."
I haven't been able to "chirp" the tires yet.....Unless I double clutch it,
