make sure you watch the tach, this throttle by wire system does lag and hesitate a little and does take some getting used to if you've driven cable throttles your whole life. when you shift from gear to gear make sure you see the tach drop at least 1000 rpm's then release the clutch, you should be fine then. if you have the ac on the tach will drop faster than if you didn't have it on due to more load being applied by the compressor... again just watch the tach and make sure it drops before you shift.... but don't let it drop too much or it'll lurch again. you'll figure it out.
