A blue Evo VIII on pass time on speed channel ran a 12.4 with 420WHP. doubtful any "bad driver" will obtain anything close. It's All about the driver in certain instances. That made me change my mind about getting an EVO. I'd rather boost my FG2 on 10psi instead of 22psi and run better times
