As far as I know, the LX with the basic radio does not have an external amp, and I know it doesn't have the steering wheel controls. What do I need to change/ignore in the first post for my car?
And since there is no external amp, does it matter which of the wiring harnesses I get (the Metra or the Scosche)? If it doesn't, I'll just find someone who sells the whole Scosche "kit" all together and use all of that.

1. no steering wheel controls means you do not need to buy/install the PAC-SWI-PS.
2. The metra harness kit is better than the Scosche harness kit(wire colors match and is better built)
3. You need to buy a scosche double din dash kit. If the interior of your car is ivory/tan, then you need the Earth Taupe Color. If your car has a dark interior, then you need the gray scosche dash kit.
4. You won't be installing the amp wire, so all you need to do is find 4 rca plugs and solder them with the metra harness for the speakers.
5. buy the scosche antenna kit which is 2 bucks.
6. follow the steps throughly
