Here is the head that EnDyn developed (find them at theoldone.com)
While the head was gone, we got together our internals.
Supertech Pistons, Valves,Retainers, and Springs and Rods
We popped those in fine.
With the new power, the new exhaust and header was developed
(see previous post for pics of the header)
Oh and before we dropped the engine in, had to make sure everything was set correctly on the timing side.
So these are the components used to obtain the 260hp and 180lb tq. Now mind you, more power could have been generated, but we were not aware that the new head setup of the k20z3 would be effected by the height of the piston seats from the rsx. So in the future more power will be gained with pistons made specifically for the K20z3.
This setup will add about 60-70 horsepower to your normal Civic Si.
In case you havent seen our many post's in the for sale section, our Si ECU is a special program from factory that puts down about 15-20more hp. it is not programmable though, so we had to borrow an ECU to tune the vehicle for 260. If someone wants to TRADE us for our special ECU to get extra HP, so we have a programable ECU, let me know.
