All Si Drivers,

I'm looking to get a light weight fly wheel. Looks like it's a hell of a lot of fun and lowers how fast the car can rev. Downside is that if not careful it will stall a hellofalot easier because there won't be enough inertia behind the wheel to keep it moving. Anyone have one installed? Keeping the car naturally aspirated, what's the best weight to go with? Does anyone know how to install these and is it best to not do this one yourself?
