I can personally attest that this is a great modification. Have you ever heard of or experienced understeer? Going into a corner too fast can get you in trouble very quickly. With this modification you can not only avoid excessive understeer, but even promote oversteer! The stock rear sway bar is designed to be very soft, therefore absorbing torsional energy in the frame during cornering, keeping the rear wheels planted firmly on the ground. With an aftermarket sway and upgraded endlinks you can counteract oversteer by breaking traction with the rear wheels. Even though there is no power going to the rears, the rotational inertia of your car overcomes the grip of your tires, bringing the rear end of your car around in a slide when you lift your foot from the gas. At this point, even though your rear wheels have temporarlily lost traction you have begun the process of pointing the front end in the right direction around the corner, as soon as you reapply the throttle the car straightens out again. Great mod, seriously. As for the bracket reinforcement kit, i havent needed it, but it seems like quite a good idea, but you can make your own for alot less than the kit for sale.
