You just need a Key Blade,

We have them at our dealership; its the metal part of the key and no handle.

Basicly used to test the cutting machine. We use them for people that do exactly what youre talking about. Locked the keys in the trunk or car without the expese of a whole new key/imobilizer/and programming.

Simply put, if they wont sell you one of those just have them cut a vallet key, like $15 bucks, and just tell them you dont want it programmed.
