i found this whilst looking for any online data about whats changed in the 09 civics and when the 9th gens will come out. this is apparently from the 05 frankfurt autoshow (??) and it is pretty astounding. i mean, you can see some of what made it to production, but a LOT of stuff is different. the last 30 secs talks about the si in particular. i mean, that interior stereo control knob looks hilarious and there are all kinds of different things on the center console. also the shifter has no boot and the rear doors have no handles on the side, per se.
its a lot of fun to watch this, so cheers. give me props if you want (i dunno what it does), or if someone else posted this already give them props and flame me flame me. no worries
