I wouldn't recommend using the soap as a lubricant. You would have to wash the car first, then claybar the individual panels to achieve best results IMO.

Basically what you're doing is rubbing all the crap back into the paint. It may work and you'll results to the naked eye and to the touch, but overtime I can foresee problems.
