Honda says that the 2008 models are fixed.....I call BS on this. Shifting around town I have to shift at or below 3500rpm for it to be smooth, if I go higher than that the rpms hang and shifting is a PITA. Also, when it's cold first thing in the AM, the car does buck a little here and there. I say this wasn't fixed, but honda doesn't want to admit in 3 model years, they just haven't gotten it right yet.
