We get one ugly grille, and you sedan guys get all the mugen bull **** in the word, the possibility of a CF ROOF from Spoon, Type R conversions, and a myriad of JDM support.

edit: There was a thread right below this one when I posted this that has a carbon fiber grille replacement for sedans, granted you'd need a CSX/JDM bumper:
