To add a little bit to this one,
On an autocross course, there is a guy that gets times pretty close to mine, he switched to HPF susp, and on the same course, we clocked in practically the same time. I'm stock suspension with r-comp tires, he's HFP susp on street tires. I was faster on sweepers, he was (much) faster on slaloms.
For a $600 sticker price, you should definitely go with it. I'm currently competing under GS, and don't want to put that in until the end of the season.
