Yup. I'm a Mac guy (now) so you know how it is for me
...
But yeah did a format and reinstall of Vista on my girl's Dell and it runs faster than when she first got it. If you can keep a PC lean and clean, it can be fairly reliable and snappy...even a Vista machine.
