I-85 around exit 23 to exit 26.
She was driving a TW FG2 with clear fogs and had pinstripe that say "CIVIC" at rear of the pinstripes.
She was blond and wearing sun glasses. Dunno why she was wearing sunglasses. Sun was setting and she had at least 35% tints.
To answer "is she hot" question. Can't say for sure with the tints and the sun setting but I can say she was wearing a white tank top and her posture attitude was saying "I'm hot college student".
