If anything a longer pipe with more bends and/or angles going directly into the turbo will impede airflow. You want air going directly into the turbo to be as freely moving as possible. Also, the benefit that you would get from a CAI setup on a turbo'd setup will be less significant than on an N/A setup because the air runs through the intercooler and is cooled regardless before it enters the engine- that is assuming your intercooler is doing its job efficiently.
