Anyhow, I emailed Comptech last night re whether or not stage II & III upgades, as well as an aftercooler was under development for the 06+Si...
Below is the email...pretty self explantory...

am curious if stage 2 and 3 upgrades are under development for this s/c, or if there are at least plans to start development? Also, do you plan to develop an aftercooler for this system?

We will be offering higher boost pulley’s in the future for the 06 Civic SI, exactly when I do not know yet. If I had to guess I would say not until after the first of the year. I can tell you that once you put on one of the high boost pulleys it will void the warranty of the supercharger. You would also be on your own as far as fuel tuning, we do not have any maps for any stage 2 or 3 boost kit and we will not be making an aftercooler for that vehicle. You may have to get larger injectors, we just don’t know yet because we haven’t done any testing on that. Let me know if you have any further questions.
