I've had Eibach Prokit on my 99 Civic and the ride was no more bumpier than when I had it stock. I was really surprised because that was the first time I had dropped my car and judging from the cars my friends had, i was expecting the springs to be worse as far as bumpiness. I drove it for maybe 3 or 4 years with the Eibachs and it felt as good as stock.

Also, good price on the Eibachs for the 06 models (from the link in the above post). That was about what I paid for the Eibachs back in 1999.
