This sticky says: 6. Spark plugs that are 1 heat range colder than stock. Personally, I recommend NGK brand plugs, part number BKR7E-11, gapped to 0.030".
I don't know what the spark plugs you bought but im assuming the ones that are one step colder are the ones he suggested. He also suggests you gap them but i dont think those are iridium.
