Yeah, my 70mm S2 came with the gasket and fasteners, so you may be all right there for the header bolt-up. Let us know what you think when it's all done.
Most of us pieced our mods together over time and saw little gains here and there. You're really putting a lot of power into it right at once so you'll be freaking blown away.
