I have tryed to call excel. to ask whats up with my order with the Comptech S/C becuase it's now the 13th of may, and i haven't received an update on the shippment, the phone number apears to be disconnected. Is there a new number for the store? phone operator keeps saying "your call can not be completed as dialled, please check your number and try again" and other times it's like an odd busie signal tone. I have double, triple checked the number in case i pushed the wrong button but it's the correct number (1-203-483-6100) i'm dialing so i dunno.

phones working but sometimes dones doesn't work?!?! odd, but couldn't get through, left msg. asking what the status of my kit and to call me back. i'll call again in a few hours.

I called ct-engineering and they said the kits will be shipped out around the week of May 18th - 24th and it'll take 4 to 5 days to get to excelerate's shop.
Josh can you just keep my kit @ your shop i'll be driving throw New York to NJ and thats really close, so i figured i'll just head over and pick it up. cool? so don't ship it to that Hackensack NJ address i gave you
Maybe i can get it installed @ your shop since you guys have done this kit before?!?!

I have called you back; we will see you the beginning of June to install the kit. Thanks.
