It's their job to figure it out, and luckily, Honda has provided them with a handy TSB. Take one along for support if you want, but be respectful, firm, and consistent with the service department and you won't need a guy around.

Thanks for the pep talk =) This will be my 4th time in there w/this problem.. And they already changed my transmission fluid, so hopefully they'll go to the next step smoothly. Fingers crossed.
