Even if the plugs look the same, if they are different part numbers they could have different internal resistances (which could change your spark duration and spark temperature). And/or they could be a different heat range which could cause them to foul more easily (if they are colder) or cause detonation (if they are hotter).
In short, they may work, but they aren't the plugs which the engine is designed to use and most likely aren't optimal for your car.
