Damn I had Problems with them too yeah the 99% feedback doesn't mean crap. I ordered a 70mm Skunk2 exhaust in mid March and I just received it like 2 weeks ago and them bastards Fkd up my order to they sent me a Skunk2 exhaust for a coupe SI which I own a sedan Si I sent it back they are supposed to reimburse me back the shipping cost but I haven't seen jack yet. I got the right exhaust finally but No shipping reimbursement. Yes I too left dozens of emails and called dozens of times per day...All I have to say is buy at your own risk.
