hey this guy on the forum with the name.. "rwc" said he was going to send coils to me and i paypaled him.. and everything went well.. and then.. all of a sudden he stopped replying and never sent the damn thing... like he printed the shipping info but its been 2 weeks.. and i'm worried.. should i report him to paypal? if so how? and what should i do from now?
