also means if you have PnP HIDs in your lows that they will attempt to turn on when you "flash to pass"...try not to turn on and turn off the HIDs in quick succession as it will lower the overall life of the bulb. as for cleaning the old drl with isopropyl, I'm not sure if that would work, don't see why it wouldn't, but I don't know what would happen so don't quote me on that.
PS: when your panic button/"alarm" goes off it flashes the low beams on and off which could potentially damage the HID bulbs...I'm currently trying to figure out how to disable that.
