Actuall boost pressure is irrelevant to how much power a car makes. too many factors are involved when just talking about PSI. 22 PSI on one turbo can make the same power as 11 PSI on another. Trim levels, manifold designs, compression ratios, tunning, and other factors all play a significant roll in determining power levels.
