Ladies and gentleman........I have found out some news regaurding our event in Bill Baggs State Park. As far as availability goes there is only one pavillion that we can get on June 8th 2008 which just so happens to be a LARGE Pavillion which is $150.00+Tax+15.00 for the electric, totaling $174.00. We cannot bring any generators.The only Pavillion available is # A. We now have to call the park and inform them of our meet inorder to obtain permission to have the event,especially with a DJ(MiamiSi). Also, i was told by the park representative that one of us or a few of us take a ride and make sure that we like the pavillion and its location before we commit (I will go along,or meet up Bear; being i really want this event to happen). He also said that were not supposed to take drinks(its a State Park),but it's not gonna stop me! Just gonna have to do it hialeah style(in plastic bottles). Bear give me a call so we can go through all details and set up a time when we will have time to go. My advice do it ASAP. we Do need to find out if we have to pay in advance for pavillion. Forgot to ask.
