My Dad had a 71 Chevelle when he was young, till someone stole it from the driveway.

I'd definately check out Year One, but also go to some car shows and check out the Chevelle's there, ask the owners how they where restored and where they got their parts from. Ask what some problem areas where in regards to rust and hard to find parts that you may need to get restored instead of replacing. Talking to people can teach you a lot and you can get some great advice from people.

My friend has slowly restored a 69 Camaro. He's put a lot of time into it but it's been spread out over about 8 years. Did the body work himself since his career is in auto body and slowly worked on the rest of the car afterwards. It's not a high dollar show car but it looks awesome now and he got a handfull of trophys from car shows till he stopped going.
