ok i wasnt able to get all of the pics because i used my sisters camera to take them and she deleted them thinking i didn't need them :-/ i did take a few with my phone, they look alright but i do remember exactly what i had to do so il outline it and if anyone needs any help tell me and il help out
after a little playing around with wires i was able to find out which wire was which and where the best place to attach the module. i found that taking out the fusebox gives you better access to the wires behind it which gives you access to all the wires you need except the driver window which you have to pass through the driver boot.
btw im using this module
Car Alarm Window Rollup by Asianwolf Vehicle Security Manufacturer with this diagram
ok so first disconnect the positive battery terminal
then proceed to take apart the fusebox to get access to the wires behind it.
driver
Yellow/Silver UP
passenger window
Orange/Silver UP
rear passenger
Blue/Silver Up
rear driver
Green/Silver Up
door unlock
teal/white
the only wire you have to cross through the driver door boot is the yellow up wire for the driver window, which to me was a PITA.
lets take a look at the diagram supplied with the module we get 2 wires per window, we got a constant 12v, and a ground on the main harness and then on the little harness we have + and - trigger and accessory.
what we have to do is find the UP wire for each window and cut it, that does NOT mean splice it, you have to cut the wire in two and then you have two sides to the wire, one that goes to the switch and one that goes to the window motor. you can connect the windows in any order you like. just remember to keep in mind which side goes to which and connect the corresponding wire. you can get most the wires you need behind the fusebox. if you connected it right your window should work correctly when you use the driver door switch or any switch for that matter.
what i did was cut all the wires connect all the stuff and then when i put everything back together i checked with my multimeter if i got the right wires, you MUST check every wire with a multimeter, not a continuity tester.
then for the red constant 12v i tapped into the big white wire on the side of the fusebox and ground you can connect to anywhere u like, i used this screw that was already being used as a ground for sum factory stuff.
then we get to the little harness this is where we get the automatic up. you have to connect the door lock trigger to the blue - trigger on the module and then get an accessory from somewhere, i used the radio accessory.
if you have wired everything right then you should now have automatic window up on lock. this thing is pretty smart i know some of you are probably thinking if its connect to the lock trigger then your going to get your window rolling up when you lock car when its on, well it doesn't. if the car is on the module detects the ACC wire and doesn't activate, itll only work when the car is off. im going to try to get some pictures to make this DIY better. later il check the DIY as im writing it on the fly. please point out my errors in spelling or if you need clarification dont be afraid to ask.
