And as for the DMV, they have a huge problem with updating thier info.
I got a ticket in the mail for having my car illegally parked in Irvine. I had traded the car in to a dealership, and they sold it to someone 2 1/2 years earlier. So chances are, the records the cops had, were based off of out dated information from the DMV. They checked your ID, saw your werent who they thought, and let you go. Where is the problem? Im sure if your sister was raped by a guy she described as a 20-25 year old hispanic male 5'8" - 6'0", you would want the cops to question everyone in the area fitting that description.
The fact is, the cops were doing thier job, you just dont want to admit it.

ok you say that people try too hard to play the race card. But now you're trying too hard to say it wasn't race related. and my friend does know the guy. Let me tell you the history of that car. My dad bought it from the dealer in 91. It was a mustang lx 5.0. My dad sold this car to my friend. My friend sold it to his coworker. This coworker sold it back to my friend who sold it to me. Keep it in the family... :) until I stupidly sold it and bought a camry zzz...
