In order to accurately measure downforce, you'd have to put the civic in a wind tunnel. And if someone put a civic in a wind tunnel, it would probably be the Civic Hybrid to lower the Cd for increased mileage.
If you want more frontal downforce, get some kind of front splitter... anyone of them will do.
