It's not that anyone is "dissing" the si, it's that people are recognizing it for what it is. It's a great daily driver that has some kick to it, but it's by no means a race car in stock form. Don't take it personally or anything, but that's how I feel.
The scion was modified to race in various different ways, if you want the si to be able to compete I would suggest doing the same thing.. Especially since 99% of the members here could learn something about driving by running in time trials (myself included) as stated by our new member up above.
