Ouch! To be honest with you it sounds like you may lack anti-freeze or have a radiator problem.

I had a similar problem where I got my car back from the autobody shop with no oil, no anti-freeze, and the radiator hose not clamped onto the radiator. Needless to say my engine blew 3 days later. (They did not check to see if everything in the engine was good to go.) Thankfully they got me a new engine about two weeks later.

I'm not sure if that'll be covered by warranty, did you ever get into an accident or run over a rock or something? Good luck! I hope your problem isn't as bad as mine was!
