Are the high beams allowed to come on by themselves? I noticed this when installing yellow DRLs...

With low beams off:
When i pushed the stalk foward, the high beams would not turn on, nor would the indicator turn on. When i pulled the stalk toward me (flash-to-pass), the highs WOULD turn on, BUT my low beams would also turn on.

With low beams on:
When i pushed the stalk foward, the high beams would turn on. When i pulled the stock, they would also turn on. I know this is normal.

I'm concerned about "with low beams off". When flash to pass, are the lows supposed to come on? Or did i mess some wiring up when installing PNP a while ago. Also, are the highs not supposed to come on without the lows?

another question... I accidently touched one of the old DRL bulbs. Would isopropyl alchohol clean it?
