If your flash wasn't so rediculously bright in those photos we could tell a little more of what is connecting to what. Try backing up to the camera's minimum focal length or setting it to the 'flower' mode for these close shots. I don't have a coupe, so that might cause a difference in our personal install experience, but I never had a short 3" cable that connected the brown male to anything else. Perhaps you got a bad wiring harness?

Since you've got the front one hooked up, the other one that hooks under the dash to route the power and the relay is what you are working on now I imagine. The Brown connector from under the dash is the other end to the one you connected by the window washing fluid. that harness hooks to the new switch and or solenoid to engage power. Any wires you have should have connectors on them. That white wire should have a connector to hook into the gaggle of wires to the left of the pedals, under the dash.

What brand is your kit? Is it meant for the 8th gen? Pics of the rest of the kit.

I remember installing my fogs and it was a bitch, but really worth it in the end. Don't forget to get lamin-x for them soon otherwise a rock chip will crack them soon!
