Thanks CameronJr9, my hybrid came with non-standard rims and tires, I weighed them in on my digital scale at 45lb. and that's why I'm looking for some lighter ones. I'd rather stick with honda rims so the RSX looked attractive and I can pick up a used set for $200-$250.
I was told they weigh about 16lb which is pretty close to the 15 inch stock hybrid rims. and I'll go with the 205/55R16 instead of the stock 195/60R15. I'm ok with 2-3 mpg if I can gain alittle on the performance. My daily commute is 60 miles and so far the best I can do is is 38.9mpg average. the car feels like it wants to stall during launch and I think it's due to the 45lb tire(x2). my plan was to get the 16lb rsx rims with Yokohama V4s(22lb) so total would be 38lb.
I have the v4s on my bmw 323i and they're great(my average mileage on this is 28.5mpg - not bad for a 6cyclinder.
thanks,
