I am not sure where you see all these Hondas made at Alliston that have all these kind of problems, because in my family we own 4 Civics, all built in Alliston and none of us have had any problems. My first EK hatch I've owned for 10 years, and other than oil, gas, and regular maintenance I didn't have to do anything to it.
I agree that there could be lemons out there, but for one person to get them all or see them all is a bit far fetched.

Are you kidding me? Moving the plant to Japan would mean a higher production cost. Who would buy a Civic if the price would be $3K more?
As for your other comment to move production to Ohio ... all I have to say is
Why not move production to Mexico instead?
