I would never expect anyone to price-match ebay (although it'd be nice) because you have no idea who is selling it. However, when you have two vendors that are both in excellent standing, one selling for $10 cheaper, I think the other should match the cheaper one if they want a sale. $10 is over an hour of work for me (sadly), so it makes a difference in where I buy.

I almost fell for that back in February when I was purchasing my exhaust/header and other small mods. They were a few $$ lower and were an 8th gen sponsor so I figured I'd give them a try. After four days of leaving messages, sending them my work phone number so they could call me and take my order and still hearing nothing, I decided that if it was that hard to get them to take my order and money NOW then how hard was it going to be AFTER the sale to get any sort of feedback and resolution?
Besides, I refuse to operate through PayPal for many reasons and ONLY purchase with my credit card. For any reasonably sized establishment to not directly take credit cards usually means something is fishy like Visa/MC/AMEX had too many issues with the vendor and delisted them.
