I've read like 10 threads on this issue, but none of them really answer the basic questions that I have.
So as far as amsoil goes ...
1) - https://www.amsoil.com/storefront/mtf.aspx Is this the correct product?
2) - How many quarts are needed to completely replace the original fluids?
3) - How hard is it to do yourself? Do you just drain the fluid and replace it from the top like motor oil, or do you need some fancy flush job?
4) - Should I go to the dealership to get it done, or should I avoid telling them about my use of non oem parts? Is it better to have an outside shop do it?
5) - I see some people saying it voids the warranty ... I don't buy this. Can anyone show exactly where the warranty states that using a superior mtf will void the warranty?
6) - Any preferred vendor for this product? If not, I'll just buy off amsoils site, because I can't find it locally.
